- Support in the design of strategies in the area of innovation, growth and optimization for a future-oriented hospital
- Analysis of patient paths or business processes and identification of improvement potential
- Accompanying innovation projects from idea to implementation
- Preparation of and participation in customer presentations
- Planning, design and implementation of workshops

- Completed business or technical studies, ideally with a focus on innovation management, health economics
- First practical experience as an intern in a consulting company, in a hospital environment or in a company in the field of innovation is desirable
- Knowledge of innovation methods, agile working methods
