Overview of GÖK Consulting

As a partner of the management, we have been providing our customers with holistic consulting services since 1990 with a well-founded systems analysis process, starting with the analysis and concept development through to implementation support. Our extensive experience has shown that changes, such as the development and implementation of a new strategy, a reorganisation project or even process adjustments, are particularly successful when a broad base of employees is involved in the change process. We use methods and approaches from systemic organizational development, ranging from project and process management, digitalization, organization, procurement and logistics to comprehensive strategy and transformation projects.

We currently support our customers in all dimensions of crisis management. Rapid measures and decisions are necessary without leaving room for error. The focus is on conceptual issues for the public sector as well as short-term team reinforcements of the hospital management as a joint task force and crisis interventions and crisis management with individual and team coaching if required. We are also called upon to provide ad hoc support in the case of urgent conversions and new buildings to expand capacity from a process and logistics perspective or to resolve bottlenecks in the resources required for the treatment of patients.
