In their professional article “CHANGE IT: How the IT department of the MHH set out to become a “digital enabler” for the digital transformation”, the authors Marcus Wortmann, Pia Drauschke, Dr. Stefan Drauschke and Ulrich Pieper describe the successful transformation of the IT organization of the Hannover Medical School. The entire change process with bottlenecks, goals, communication and implementation is presented.
